Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, your package may be subject to delays caused by international transit, courier issues, or other factors outside of our control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes SolaceStep is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. While it is rare for low-value items to incur additional charges, any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
Missing or Lost Packages (30-Day Guarantee) If you haven't received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support.solacestep@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.
In accordance with UK Consumer Law, if your package is lost in transit and fails to arrive within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement—no questions asked.
